Here, at Adore Me Tech, we are a collective of engineers, designers, data scientists, and product leaders who create technology as a medium for innovation and positive industry change.

The Company:

Adore Me Tech is part of Adore Me, a company founded in 2011 in the USA with the intricate mission to help women buy bras online. Tackling this, more and more ambitious challenges followed, like being the first ones to introduce extensive sizing and making fashion sustainable. Until Adore Me grew into one of the first major online players in the lingerie industry, with offices in New York, Paris, and Bucharest.

In 2021, Victoria’s Secret & Co acquired Adore Me to leverage Adore Me’s expertise in online shopping experience and the proprietary technology stack.

In 2022 we became the first Certified B Corporation intimate apparel brand in the U.S., recognizing our work towards inclusiveness, equitability, and regenerative economy.

The Tech:

We achieved this by hiring more engineers than marketers, fashion designers, or business folks all together and we’re proud of it! Because we believe that technology must be embedded into any and every business function.

The end goal is to craft the perfect software products for our colleagues. We’re talking about scalable e-commerce, coordinating our factories & robots in the distribution center, and internal tools that accelerate and enhance everything.

So, think of a cloud-native, data-driven company with many small teams, DevOps, millions of users, hundreds of git repos, and crazy experimenting. We're here to support our business thrive in the ever-changing environment of the fashion industry with our very own proprietary software and technology suite.
